was organized in June, 2006.
The idea of the creation of EALA Russia was supported by the Council of Experts under the Administration of the President of Russia, Ministry of economic development and trade Russian Federation and Ministry of Transport Russian Federation
Association Founders - representatives of leading Russian and international transport, logistic and consulting companies, branch plants, international and regional associations and unions;
Association Members - commercial companies, government and nongovernment institutions and organizations of Russian and EuroAsian region;
Association Mission:
Formation of competitive transport and logistic system of Russia in terms of the construction of regional transport systems and international transport corridors interaction.
Association Aims:
- Assistance to the formation and development of logistic business, transport and logistic infrastructure as consistent with the aims of Transport Strategy of Russia, fusion to international transport-logistic net, country’s entry into World Trade Organization;
- Increase of regions of Russia role in the originating integrated transport and logistic system of Europe and Asian-Pacific region;
- Efforts unification and coordination of activity of government institutions, associations, professional unions, plants, firms, companies, scientific and educational institutions, and also natural persons on development in subjects RF of qualitative and competitive logistic services market.
Association main tasks:
- determination of strategic directions of transport and logistic business in Russia development;
- attraction of investment into modernization and development of transport and logistic systems of regions of Russia;
- maintenance and support of growth of transport and logistic systems of regions productivity and maintenance of high speed of goods- and freight flow passing on the whole space of the Russian Federation;
- assistance to the increase of commodity circulation in transport and logistic systems under the organization of logistic service of commercial and industrial plants in regions of Russia;
- development of system of quality and data-logistic technologies management as consistent with international standards under consumers logistic service;
- creation of mechanisms of logistic services market participants interaction with custom authorities of all levels for the purpose of coordination of sides activity for custom-terminal structure optimization and advanced organizational, communicatory and production technologies introduction;
- procurement to the creation of effective transport and logistic systems of regions through the realization of subjects of federation economic development programs, providing fusion of collaboration with the countries of Euro Asian economic space;
- assistance to state and business collaboration through mechanisms of public-private partnership, promote attraction of investments for reconstruction and construction of modern transport and warehouse infrastructure;
- creation of measures of state support provision system, carrying of bills examination and lobbying of business interests in federal and regional authority bodies, in local government, and also in international organizations;
- attraction to the work of the Association of leading Russian and foreign advisers and experts in the field of logistics, promoting the increase of culture level and socialization of knowledge in different fields of Russian economics;
- stimulation and support of organization and carrying of research works in the field of logistic decisions for the formation in Russian economics of latest knowledge on management.
